Job Responsibilities:

  1. Develop a comprehensive plan to acquire new business in Cayman, aligning with sales targets, and present it for approval to the Sales Manager.
  2. Submit monthly reports on activities and achievements related to the approved business development plan.
  3. Maintain and update a database of potential clients, establishing contacts, and making relevant presentations.
  4. Cultivate positive relationships with new and prospective clients through various communication channels and interactions.
  5. Ensure client information is accurately updated and follow up to close sales with the execution of service contracts.
  6. Review service contracts and plan documents to ensure accuracy and quality standards.
  7. Analyze client and member activity monthly to identify trends and propose solutions to potential concerns.
  8. Conduct ongoing research on the local market to identify new business opportunities and report findings to headquarters promptly.
  9. Assist in developing and implementing an annual life marketing strategy focusing on new business development and relationship management.
  10. Prepare accountability reports as required by the Sales Manager and participate in or lead projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or equivalent experience in the financial services sector.
  2. Additional financial services qualifications are advantageous.
  3. Minimum of three years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the financial services industry, with a proven track record.
  4. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
  5. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, preferably at an advanced level.
