To support their continued growth in Southeast Asia, they are now seeking an experienced Managing Director to lead their Thailand studio and drive the next phase of development.

In this pivotal leadership role, you will take full responsibility for the studio’s operations, financial performance, and people management. You will set strategic direction, oversee day-to-day delivery, and ensure compliance with local regulations while building a high-performing, collaborative culture. The successful candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree in Business, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field, with strong senior leadership experience in the architecture, design, or construction industry. You will bring strong financial and operational management skills, a proven track record of business growth, and deep knowledge of the local market.
