Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of marketing, including event coordination, merchandise management, communications, and administrative support.
Plan and execute events, managing project timelines, budgets, vendor relationships, and promotional materials.
Research, design, and source branded merchandise to enhance brand visibility while maintaining cost efficiency.
Develop and manage internal and external communications, including social media content creation and scheduling.
Support staff engagement initiatives and maintain accurate data records in CRM systems.
Provide administrative assistance to leadership, including stock control, reporting, and general marketing support.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a management role.
Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Strong time management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and design software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
