Renowned for their expertise in complex infrastructure, they are now entering an exciting phase of expansion with a major Data Centre project underway in Kuala Lumpur. In line with this growth, they are seeking an experienced and technically strong MEP Manager to join their project team and help shape the future of digital infrastructure in the region.

As such, they are looking for an MEP Manager to take ownership of the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems across this large-scale, high-performance facility. In this critical leadership role, you will be responsible for managing MEP design coordination, construction oversight, and system commissioning, ensuring that all works meet the highest standards of reliability, efficiency, and compliance.

You will play a pivotal role in managing consultants, contractors, and suppliers, overseeing MEP packages through all project stages. This includes reviewing and validating design documentation, supporting procurement strategies, supervising site installation, and ensuring that commissioning is completed in line with performance requirements. A deep understanding of local authority approvals, international MEP standards, and QA/QC procedures will be essential, along with the ability to integrate MEP works with CSA and other technical disciplines in a fast-moving, mission-critical environment.

The successful candidate will bring proven experience in Data Centres, high-tech industrial developments, or other complex building systems, with a strong background in MEP engineering and system integration. A solid grasp of Malaysian regulations, energy efficiency standards, and mission-critical infrastructure demands is essential. You should be comfortable leading a high-pressure delivery program with tight timelines and intensive coordination. Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline
