Our client is a leading Global Project & Cost Management Consultancy with a strong reputation for delivering highly complex projects and working with leading international clients around the world.

Having experienced strong success in securing new projects across Japan, they are looking to recruit strong MEP focussed Quantity Surveyors to join their busy team, and are keen to speak to Quantity Surveying and Cost Management candidates with strong experience in delivering highly complex Semi-conductor plant, Data Centres and Advanced Manufacturing projects. You will have experience delivering QS, Cost and Contracts functions for large greenfield or brownfield highly technical projects, ideally in Japan. 

The successful candidate will be educated to degree level in Quantity Surveying. You will be familiar with Japanese construction regulations as well as procurement and contractor networks. You will likely have experience working in a clients representative environment or within a major EPCM firm. You will have a strong background working with the MEP packages associated with high-tech manufacturing facilities or data centres. You must be proficient to business level in both English and Japanese.
