Responsibilities:

Perform psychological evaluations, including cognitive, emotional, behavioral, and developmental assessments
Deliver individual therapy to children and teens using evidence-based methods
Collaborate closely with allied health professionals, educators, and medical providers
Provide parent coaching and family-centered support
Contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings and assist in shaping clinical programs
Ensure thorough documentation and uphold high ethical standards in practice

Requirements:

Master’s or Doctorate in Clinical, Educational, or Child Psychology
Minimum of 3 years’ post-qualification experience, preferably with pediatric clients
Eligible for licensure in the Cayman Islands
Proficient in diagnosing and treating developmental, emotional, and behavioral conditions
Strong team player in multidisciplinary environments
Excellent communication in English; other languages are an asset
Clean police record and valid professional registration
