Our client is one of the world’s leading full-service Real Estate & Property Consultancies. With a rapidly growing Advanced Technologies business, servicing clients in the Advanced Manufacturing, Life Sciences and Data Centre markets, they have an upcoming project in Singapore in the Biotechnology space that they are seeking a Project Director to deliver.

As such, they are seeking a seasoned Project Leader with a track record of delivering high-value, highly complex projects in the Biotechnology space. This will be a large-scale manufacturing facility delivered under GMP Principles. You will be operating in a client’s representative environment, overseeing the external consultancy framework and EPCM contractor, as well as being responsible for client stakeholder management, programme, budget and reporting amongst other activities.

The successful candidate will be qualified in Engineering, Construction, Architecture, or another related qualification. You will have a strong track record delivering projects and managing teams in the Biotechnology, Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical Manufacturing environment in Singapore and have strong stakeholder management and reporting capabilities. This is an upcoming project and they are keen to start having early-stage conversations soon.
