Our client is a leading global construction and project management consultancy with an established track record of delivering complex, high-profile developments across Asia Pacific. With continued growth in Singapore’s advanced manufacturing sector, they have been appointed to deliver a major new semiconductor manufacturing facility.

They are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the Senior Project Manager across the project lifecycle, from design and procurement through construction, commissioning and handover. Acting as part of the client’s representative team, you will coordinate consultants, contractors and specialist vendors while driving programme, cost, quality and safety objectives.

The successful candidate will have a demonstrable track record delivering semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, life sciences or other technically complex, MEP-intensive facilities. You will be comfortable managing individual workstreams, monitoring progress, resolving technical and delivery interfaces, and providing clear reporting to the Senior Project Manager and wider client team.

Strong project coordination, stakeholder management and problem-solving capabilities are essential. Experience with cleanrooms, process utilities or high-tech manufacturing infrastructure would be particularly advantageous.
