Our client is a leading global construction and project management consultancy with a strong track record delivering some of the world’s most complex and high-profile developments. With an established presence across Asia Pacific and a growing portfolio of mission-critical projects, they are at the forefront of supporting hyperscale and enterprise clients in the delivery of next-generation data centre infrastructure.  Having built a solid foundation in the data centre market, they are now entering a new phase of project expansion.

As such, they are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to join their Singapore team and play a key role in the delivery of a 50MW greenfield data centre development. This is a rare opportunity to contribute to one of Singapore’s landmark mission-critical projects while working within a globally respected consultancy environment.

As the Quality Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing quality management and assurance activities across the project lifecycle, ensuring that all construction works, systems, and installations meet the highest standards of quality, compliance, and operational performance. Acting as the client’s representative, you will work closely with contractors, consultants, vendors, and commissioning teams to establish, monitor, and drive quality processes throughout project delivery.

The successful candidate will possess a proven track record of delivering quality management on large-scale data centre, mission-critical, industrial, or major infrastructure projects. Experience working within a project management consultancy, client-side organisation, or major contractor environment will be highly regarded.

You will demonstrate strong expertise in quality management systems, inspections, audits, testing and commissioning processes, non-conformance management, quality reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives. Previous experience supporting hyperscale or colocation data centres, or other highly regulated and technically complex environments, will be highly advantageous.

This role requires a detail-oriented and proactive professional with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. You will be comfortable working across multidisciplinary teams, identifying quality risks, driving corrective actions, and ensuring project outcomes align with client expectations and industry best practices.
