With an established presence across Asia Pacific and a growing portfolio of mission-critical projects, they are at the forefront of supporting hyperscale and enterprise clients in the delivery of next-generation data centre infrastructure.  Having built a solid foundation in the data centre market, they are now entering a new phase of project expansion.

Due to continued project growth, they are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join their Singapore team and play a key role in the delivery of a 50MW greenfield data centre development. This is a rare opportunity to contribute to one of Singapore’s landmark mission-critical projects while working within a globally respected consultancy environment.

As the Construction Manager, you will oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality project execution across all disciplines. Acting as the client’s representative during the construction phase, you will work closely with contractors, consultants, vendors, and project stakeholders to drive site progress, manage interfaces, resolve delivery challenges, and ensure compliance with project objectives.

The successful candidate will possess a proven track record of delivering large-scale data centre, mission-critical, industrial, or major infrastructure projects. Experience working within a project management consultancy, client-side organisation, or major contractor environment will be highly regarded.

You will demonstrate strong expertise in construction execution, site management, contractor coordination, health and safety, quality assurance, programme monitoring, and stakeholder management. Previous experience overseeing complex MEP-intensive developments, hyperscale data centres, or other mission-critical facilities will be highly advantageous.

This role requires a hands-on and proactive construction professional with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. You will be comfortable managing multiple workstreams, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and driving project delivery within a fast-paced and technically demanding environment.
