Our client is one of the world’s leading Interior Contracting firms. With strong demand for their services for large-scale fit-out and refurbishment programmes in Singapore, they are currently seeking a number of Quantity Surveyors to join their busy team.
As such they are seeking several Quantity Surveyors with strong experience in the fast-paced interior fit-out and A&A markets in Singapore. Reporting to the Commercial Managers, you will be responsible for producing bills of quantities, sub-contractor procurement and tendering, variation orders, payments and contracts management amongst other activities.
The successful candidate will be qualified in Quantity Surveying, or another related degree and have a demonstrable track record in successfully tendering and post-contract administration of large-scale fit-out and A&A projects in the Singapore markets. You will have strong supplier networks and be familiar with costs and codes for the Singapore construction industry. You will currently be in Singapore, ideally with existing right to work.
