In line with this expansion, they are seeking an experienced and strategically minded Project Director to lead the delivery of their landmark projects.

As such, they are looking for a Resort Project Director to take full ownership of project execution across the region, from pre-construction through to handover. In this high-impact leadership role, you will be responsible for driving accountability across internal teams, consultants, and contractors, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will manage all statutory approvals, coordinate on-site consultants and contractors, and guarantee that every development meets both regulatory requirements and brand expectations.

You will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of each development, bringing together diverse stakeholders to ensure alignment and excellence at every stage. A key part of the role will be monitoring budgets and timelines with precision, maintaining agility in response to project dynamics, and ensuring that construction standards reflect both compliance and the brand’s vision for innovation and guest experience.

The successful candidate will bring at least 10 years’ experience in construction or project development, ideally within hospitality, mixed-use, or commercial real estate. With a proven track record of delivering complex, high-value projects across Asia, you will combine strategic thinking with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage complexity across multiple locations. Your leadership style will be collaborative, detail-driven, and solution-oriented, inspiring confidence across project teams and stakeholders alike.
