Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and business development goals.
Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities while cultivating long-term client relationships.
Collaborate with teams to establish pricing strategies and consistent brand messaging across the portfolio.
Oversee marketing initiatives from planning to execution and assess their performance.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to adapt and stay ahead in the market.
Prepare and deliver regular sales performance reports and forecasts.
Negotiate contracts and manage terms in alignment with company policies.

Requirements:

Proven experience in the hospitality industry with a strong understanding of the Cayman market.
Highly motivated self-starter with a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.
Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
Commercially astute with excellent numerical and analytical capabilities.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Valid Cayman Islands Driver’s License.
Clear Police Clearance Report.
