Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring inventory, orders, deliveries, and customer requests are processed efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records by coordinating stock movements, warehouse activities, and regular inventory checks.
  • Coordinate customer orders, invoicing, deliveries, and accounts receivable follow-up to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Work closely with the warehouse, sales, and finance teams to resolve operational issues and maintain smooth workflows.
  • Monitor inventory levels, product availability, and order status, escalating discrepancies or delays when required.
  • Assist with logistics coordination, including deliveries, customer collections, and supplier shipments.
  • Maintain and update operational procedures, documentation, reports, and checklists to support efficient business processes.
  • Support sales activities by coordinating product availability, pricing information, samples, and customer orders.
  • Track operational tasks and follow up on outstanding actions to ensure timely completion.
  • Maintain accurate records while handling customer and business information with professionalism and confidentiality.

Requirements

  • Experience in operations, logistics, inventory, warehouse, distribution, hospitality, office administration, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with inventory management, order processing, invoicing, or similar operational workflows.
  • Experience using inventory, ERP, POS, accounting, or e-commerce systems such as Cin7, QuickBooks, Shopify, or similar platforms is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across different teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and confidence using business systems and digital tools.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to identify issues and follow through to resolution.
  • Experience in the hospitality, retail, distribution, or wine and spirits industry is desirable but not essential.
  • Valid driver’s license and eligibility to work in the required location.
