Our client is one of the world’s leading providers of flexible workspace solutions, trusted by corporate clients across the globe. Renowned for their dynamic service model, customer-centric approach, and entrepreneurial culture, they have built a strong and rapidly growing presence across Singapore and the wider Asia-Pacific region. With continued expansion plans and a strong focus on commercial growth, they are now seeking a commercially driven and highly energetic Sales Director to lead the Singapore business and drive the next phase of revenue expansion.

As such, the Sales Director will take full ownership of the Singapore market, leading all enterprise and customer sales activities while managing and developing a high-performing team of 5 Sales Managers. Reporting directly to the Regional Head for Malaysia, Brunei & Singapore, this individual will serve as the face of the business in Singapore, driving commercial performance, strengthening market presence, and ensuring consistent delivery against ambitious growth targets.

In this high-impact leadership role, you will be responsible for driving revenue across flexible office solutions, meeting rooms, and membership products, while building strong relationships with both SME and enterprise clients. The business operates within a fast-paced sales environment, where speed, energy, and consistent deal flow are critical to success. You will be expected to create a highly performance-driven culture, ensuring strong pipeline management, sales activity, and conversion across the team.

A key focus of the role will be coaching, motivating, and developing the sales team to consistently achieve high-volume transactional targets, while maintaining an exceptional customer experience. You will also work closely with regional leadership to identify new market opportunities, improve commercial effectiveness, and contribute towards the wider strategic direction of the business across Singapore.

The successful candidate will be a dynamic and commercially astute sales leader with a proven background in fast sales-cycle industries and service-led businesses. Candidates from flexible workspace, co-working, logistics, PropTech, hospitality, or other high-volume B2B services environments will be highly regarded. The business is particularly interested in individuals who understand how to manage fast-moving transactional sales environments, where teams are regularly closing multiple deals per month across different product offerings.

You may currently be operating as a Sales Director within a relevant industry, or alternatively be a high-performing Senior Sales Manager ready to step into a broader leadership role. Strong people leadership skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to drive both individual and team performance will be essential for success.
