Key Responsibilities
• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to grow market share and maximize
profitability.
• Manage daily store operations, including scheduling, training, and performance
management.
• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure clients receive personalized shopping
experiences.
• Monitor inventory, analyze sales reports, and coordinate with suppliers.
• Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and community engagement initiatives.
• Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming showroom environment.
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of management experience, preferably in retail or a related
industry.
• Proven track record of leading successful sales teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and
motivate others.
• Goal-oriented, organized, and confident in managing both people and processes.
• Proficient in sales reporting, POS systems, and retail operations.
• Flexible and adaptable in a growing business environment.
