Our client is one of Malaysia’s premier and fastest-growing international Project Management Consultancies. With a strong existing pipeline of projects, they are currently seeking a number of candidates for key positions within their organisation.

As such, they are seeking a Senior Construction Manager with a strong background working with high-rise facade replacement projects, to join their busy team in Kuala Lumpur. Reporting to the clients’ Development Manager, you will be responsible for leading a complex facade replacement project to one of KL’s most prestigious condominium residences. 

The successful candidate will be qualified in Engineering, Construction or another related degree, and have prior experience working with GFRC cladding replacement works in a live tenanted, high-rise environment in confined spaces, including working with tower cranes and the associated logistics component. You will have strong organisation and planning skills and be able to co-ordinate large teams within tight schedules. You will have strong presentation skills and be able to communicate with high net worth residents in a service-oriented manner. Prior experience working with Malaysia building codes and regulations is prerequisite for this position.
