Our client is a leading EPCM contractor specialising in the Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences markets. Having been established in Singapore for several years, they are experiencing strong growth with a number of high-profile projects ahead of them in the pipeline. With this in mind, they are seeking several key staff to join their busy and growing team.

As such, they are looking for a Senior Engineer for their Building Services Engineering team. As a Senior Engineer in their Building Services team, you will work with a small team of Engineers in the design and delivery of projects in the Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences industries in Singapore and the region. Working in conjunction with other disciplines, you will work collaboratively to produce market-leading solutions throughout the work-winning bid phases, into detailed design and managing the engineering design delivery throughout the construction process. You will be able to develop innovative designs from concept stage, through basic design and detailed design. You will have a thorough understanding of local and international equipment suppliers and vendors for equipment specification and sub-contract bid analysis and selection. 

The successful candidate will be qualified in Building Services, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or another related degree. You will have strong experience in the design and development of large-scale projects in the Pharmaceutical, Biotech or Biopharma industry with a strong understanding and knowledge of local building and design regulations in the Singapore market. You will likely have been working for an EPCM firm, Major Contractor or Engineering Consultancy operating in the Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences space.
