Requirements

  • Ideally worked toward or have completed a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management (or similar discipline).
  • A professional qualification in Personnel/Human Resource Management is desirable.
  • Minimum 7 years’ Human Resources generalist responsibilities, with experience and strengths in a breadth of HRM disciplines especially in employee relations, recruitment, and HR change management support.
  • Ideally 3 years’ experience as a strong HR Business Partner with excellent relationship management skills.
  • Proven experience in the development of HR strategies/projects, policy, and procedural development.
  • Payroll management experience is desirable.
  • Change management experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process HR related correspondence in a timely manner.
  • Provide necessary documentation in relation to employees such as health insurance, pension, payroll, and dependent information.
  • Collating and updating of various HR reports.
  • Create and maintain employee files (both electronic and physical as appropriate) in accordance with set procedures to ensure that appropriate updates, change of circumstances and other matters are accurately reflected.
  • Review and verify overall payroll records in accordance with approved guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate attendance records for all staff.
