Our client, one of the world’s leading hotel operators, is known for its exceptional brand portfolio and ambitious development pipeline across Europe. As part of their continued growth, they are now seeking a Senior Interior Design Manager to join their Madrid-based team, overseeing hotel projects across Spain and the UK.

In this pivotal role, you’ll help shape the interior design and delivery of new and renovated hotels across the Economy to Premium segments, working across multiple brands and market contexts. From concept to completion, you’ll partner with owners, architects, and consultants to ensure that every property meets the company’s brand vision while delivering on functionality, quality, and guest experience.

As Senior Interior Design Manager, you will take a hands-on role in guiding design intent, reviewing architectural and FF&E proposals, conducting site visits, and advising on fit-out and brand compliance. You’ll serve as a critical design voice in project discussions—balancing creativity with practical solutions that respect budget, timeline, and brand integrity.

You’ll bring a strong background in interior design or architecture, with deep expertise in hotel design standards and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience working client-side with a hotel operator is highly desirable, and fluency in both Spanish and English is essential to effectively collaborate with stakeholders across both the Spanish and UK markets.

A sharp design sensibility, technical understanding, and a collaborative, solutions-focused mindset are all key for success in this role. You’ll help elevate the design output of the group while delivering spaces that inspire guests and drive brand loyalty.
