Our client is a leading Project Management Consultancy with a strong reputation for delivering complex, mission-critical facilities across Asia. Renowned for their technical excellence and disciplined delivery approach, they have secured a major new data centre fit out project in Singapore and are now entering a rapid mobilisation phase. In line with this immediate project demand, they are seeking an experienced and delivery-focused Senior Project Manager to lead this critical 18-month programme.

As such, they are seeking a Senior Project Manager to assume full ownership of project execution, stakeholder coordination, and technical delivery. In this high-impact leadership role, you will oversee the full PMC lifecycle from design management and procurement through construction, testing and commissioning and final handover. You will ensure that project milestones are met, risks are managed proactively and that all engineering and performance standards for the data centre are achieved.

You will play a pivotal role in driving a high-performance project culture, working closely with contractors, consultants and client representatives to ensure alignment and exceptional delivery. A key part of the role will be maintaining strong technical oversight across electrical and mechanical systems, safeguarding quality and ensuring compliance with critical infrastructure requirements. With a tight mobilisation timeline, you will also be responsible for stepping in quickly, stabilising project controls and ensuring seamless progress from day one.

The successful candidate will be a natural leader with a strong engineering and data centre background, supported by a proven track record of delivering large-scale fit out projects in a PMC environment. You will bring deep technical expertise, strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to operate confidently in fast-paced, high-pressure project settings. A degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is essential, along with at least 10 years of relevant experience. Mandarin language ability is required for coordination with regional contractors and vendors.

You will be expected to lead by example, inspire confidence and maintain a culture of accountability, technical rigour and high performance. Your ability to influence and build trusted relationships will be critical to success.
