They are seeking a commercially driven VP Growth, based in Singapore, managing a regional team covering Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia.

In this high-impact role, you will drive partnership-led expansion, leading the team to identify, secure, and manage managed and franchise agreements with building owners and operators. You will build strong B2B relationships, source new partners, and convert opportunities into long-term strategic deals that deliver sustainable, profitable growth.

The ideal candidate will have a proven background in B2B sales leadership and business development within a multinational environment. Experience in commercial real estate, investment, or franchise development is highly desirable, along with a track record of leading regional teams and closing large-scale partnership or investment deals.

A commercial mindset, entrepreneurial drive, and results-focused leadership style are essential. You will lead by example, inspire high performance across a dispersed team, and confidently engage senior stakeholders and C-level decision-makers to deliver ambitious growth targets.
