Our client is a well-established global multi-disciplinary consultancy. With an impressive client base covering international corporates as well as property developers and investors, they have an enviable portfolio of work both domestically in Singapore as well as the region.
They are currently seeking to recruit a Senior Project Manager with experience of large scale refurbishment and asset enhancement projects for a large mixed use development in the central business district of Singapore. This will include public spaces, commercial offices as well as a large retail component.
The successful candidate will be qualified in Construction or Project Management or another related degree. You will ideally have exposure to upgrading projects for commercial mixed use assets including corporate office space.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to join a leading Global Project Management Consultancy in Singapore.
