In line with this strategic expansion, they are seeking a detail-oriented and delivery-focused Senior Project Manager to take full ownership of project delivery from concept through to completion. In this high-impact leadership role, you will be responsible for managing large-scale interior and industrial fit-out projects, overseeing cross-functional teams, and ensuring operational excellence across multiple sites. You will drive value engineering, mitigate risks, and safeguard timelines and budgets, ensuring every project achieves client satisfaction and long-term success. 

You will play a pivotal role in coordinating consultants, contractors, and vendors, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and maintaining the highest standards of compliance, quality, and safety. A key part of the role will be managing the full project lifecycle, from design integration to procurement and execution, while ensuring seamless communication with both local teams and client leadership. With a strong focus on delivery, you will also be responsible for mentoring junior managers and fostering a high-performance project culture.

The successful candidate will be a proven project leader with extensive experience in corporate interiors, workplace fit-outs, and industrial projects. You will bring a strong technical background, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a record of delivering projects on time and within budget. A diploma or degree in Engineering, Construction, or another related discipline, proficiency in MS Project/Smartsheet, and certifications such as Agile Scrum Master will be highly advantageous.

You will be expected to lead by example, inspire confidence, and create a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
