Johor is fast becoming Southeast Asia’s next data centre hotspot. As hyperscale investment pours in, we’re looking for a Team Lead (Technician) to take charge of structured cabling delivery across new, mission-critical sites.
You’ll be on the ground, not in the background—leading fibre and copper installs, overseeing rack-and-stack, and making sure every connection is clean, tested, labelled, and live. It’s precision work in high-stakes environments, where every port matters.
You’ll lead a small team and manage vendors, ensuring TIA/EIA-568 and TIA-942 standards are followed exactly. You’ll troubleshoot fibre links, document your cable maps, and report clearly on progress.
