Responsibilities:

  • Maintain organized records and legal references, and oversee updates to divisional content on the website.
  • Provide full administrative support for court proceedings, including preparation and attendance for note-taking.
  • Assist legal staff with case management and support for regulatory duties.
  • Conduct legal research and prepare correspondence, legal documents, reports, and meeting minutes.
  • File court documents and handle administrative tasks related to freedom of information requests and appeals.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Law, Paralegal Studies, or a related legal certification from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of five years relevant experience, including at least three years filing court documents.
  • Strong research, analytical, and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Excellent organizational and document management abilities.
