Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of physical, cognitive, and emotional health to assess daily functional impact.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans using evidence-based interventions for both pediatric and adult patients.
• Adapt therapeutic activities to individual needs and monitor progress to adjust plans as needed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physiotherapists, chiropractors, and medical professionals.
• Educate patients and families on therapy techniques, assistive devices, and home care strategies.
• Maintain accurate and compliant patient records.
• Stay up to date with the latest practices in occupational therapy and participate in professional development.
• Contribute to clinic initiatives, team meetings, marketing, and community outreach efforts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Registered and licensed, or willing to obtain licensure, to practice as an Occupational Therapist.
• At least 2 years of clinical experience, with exposure to both pediatric and adult populations.
• Experience with developmental disabilities, neurological conditions, or post-surgical rehabilitation.
• Strong command of occupational therapy principles and ability to apply them independently in fast-paced settings.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Preferred experience with conditions such as autism, ADHD, cerebral palsy, and adult neurological or geriatric rehabilitation.
