Responsibilities

  • Conduct psychological assessments, interventions, and therapy for children and adolescents.
  • Develop diagnostic evaluations and treatment plans addressing emotional, behavioral, and
    learning challenges.
  • Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary clinicians to support positive development and
    well-being.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and participate in professional learning and
    case consultations.
  • Support community outreach and educational initiatives as required.

Requirements

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology or a related field from an accredited
    institution.
  • Licensed or eligible for licensure in the Cayman Islands.
  • Experience working with children and adolescents in clinical or educational settings.
  • Skilled in evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, behavioral therapy, and social skills
    training.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities with a compassionate,
    family-centered focus.
