? About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of trust and company structures for high-net-worth individuals and families. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior professionals in a collaborative, high-performing environment.

? Key Responsibilities

• Manage the administration of trusts and companies in accordance with internal policies and regulatory standards

• Coordinate client communications and maintain accurate records

• Prepare meeting documents, including minutes and resolutions

• Monitor outstanding fees and support periodic reviews

• Assist with mentoring junior staff and sharing technical knowledge

• Contribute to ad hoc projects and client-specific requests

? Candidate Profile

• At least 3 years’ experience in trust/company administration or a relevant financial services role

• Strong client service orientation and communication skills

• Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail

• A relevant professional qualification (or working towards one) is preferred

• Proficiency with standard business software and systems
