Responsibilities:

• Provide patient-centered care across all age groups, with an emphasis on prevention, lifestyle optimization, and functional health.
• Apply principles of regenerative and longevity medicine, including therapies such as PRP, IV therapy, stem cells, exosomes, and bioidentical hormones.
• Manage a wide range of clinical presentations, from pediatric to adult patients, integrating functional and holistic approaches.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including MRI, physiotherapy, aesthetics, and mental health specialists.
• Offer counseling on nutrition, physical activity, sleep hygiene, stress management, and cognitive health.
• Engage in patient education and promote personalized care strategies.
• Support practice development through active community engagement, marketing initiatives, and social media presence.
• Contribute to the growth of the clinic through a proactive, business-minded approach, with potential involvement in clinical research.

Requirements:

• Licensed or eligible for medical licensure in the Cayman Islands.
• Board-certified in Family Medicine, General Practice, or equivalent, with a minimum of 3 years of post-residency clinical experience.
• Demonstrated interest or experience in preventive medicine, chronic disease management, metabolic health, and regenerative therapies.
• Familiarity or certification in functional, longevity, or regenerative medicine is an advantage.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in an interdisciplinary setting.
• Strong communication and patient engagement skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Must possess valid professional licenses, current medical indemnity insurance, and a clean police record.
