Contract Type: Full-Time, Fixed-Term (6 months)

A leading professional services firm in the Cayman Islands is seeking a capable and detail-oriented

Compliance Administrator to assist with a focused remediation project. This is a 6-month contract role, ideal for a compliance professional familiar with CIMA regulatory standards and local AML/CFT obligations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support a remediation project by reviewing, updating, and validating client due diligence (CDD) files in line with CIMA requirements
• Assist with onboarding documentation, periodic reviews, and risk rating updates
• Maintain and monitor compliance registers, including PEP, SAR, and training logs
• Conduct initial sanctions and adverse media screening, escalating as needed
• Prepare documentation for internal compliance reviews and assist with regulatory filings
• Coordinate AML/CFT training schedules and track attendance records
• Provide administrative support across the compliance function during the remediation period

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 years experience in compliance, AML, or regulatory administration within a regulated financial services firm
• Strong working knowledge of CIMA’s AML/CFT guidance notes and local regulatory framework
• Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to meet tight remediation deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with compliance systems is an advantage
• Discreet, dependable, and able to handle confidential information appropriately
