Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise night shift warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory control, order picking, checking, loading, and dispatching of deliveries.
Oversee multi-temperature storage areas, maintaining compliance with handling standards across all temperature zones.
Ensure accurate and timely dispatch operations, preferably utilizing systems such as Track-POD.
Monitor warehouse performance, support team development, and maintain a safe, organized, and team-oriented work environment.
Collaborate with team members to uphold service and accuracy standards throughout warehouse processes.
Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ideally Infor M3, to manage and track inventory and workflow effectively.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in warehouse operations, including inventory control, distribution, and warehouse management within a team-based environment.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team during night shifts.
Experience managing multi-temperature warehouse environments.
Familiarity with dispatch and logistics software; preference for experience with Track-POD and Infor M3 systems.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
