Our client is a leading global construction and project management consultancy with an established track record delivering complex, high-profile developments across Asia Pacific. With continued growth in Singapore’s advanced manufacturing sector, they have been appointed to lead the delivery of a major new semiconductor manufacturing facility.

They are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to take a leading role across the project lifecycle, coordinating design, procurement, construction, commissioning and handover. Acting as the client’s representative, you will drive programme, cost, quality and safety while managing consultants, contractors, vendors and key project stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have a demonstrable track record delivering large-scale semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, life sciences or other technically complex, MEP-intensive facilities. Experience working within a project management consultancy, client-side organisation or major contractor environment will be highly regarded.

You will bring strong project leadership, stakeholder management and commercial awareness, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, resolve complex interfaces and maintain momentum within a fast-paced project environment. Experience delivering cleanrooms, process utilities or high-tech manufacturing infrastructure would be particularly advantageous.
