Our client is a leading Project Management Consultancy in the mission-critical construction sector, with a growing portfolio of data centre projects across Singapore. Known for their strong site delivery, technical capability and disciplined project execution, they have built a solid foundation in the data centre market and are now entering a new phase of project expansion. 

As such, they are looking for an Assistant Project Manager to support the delivery of data centre projects from early design stages through to completion. Working closely with Senior Project Managers and client stakeholders, you will assist in managing consultants, contractors, and specialist vendors, helping to ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, and to high technical and quality standards.

You will play a key role in coordinating MEP-heavy scopes, including power, cooling, and critical infrastructure systems. A core part of the role will involve supporting programme tracking, cost reporting, risk management, and change control processes, often within live operational data centre environments. You will assist with project documentation, reporting, meetings, and site coordination, gaining exposure to all stages of the project lifecycle.

The successful candidate will have early-stage experience in data centre, mission-critical, or highly serviced building projects, ideally within a project management consultancy, client-side, or main contractor environment. You will have a basic to strong understanding of MEP systems and an eagerness to develop deeper technical knowledge within the data centre sector. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset are essential.

A willingness to learn, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and confidence working with diverse stakeholders will be critical to success in this role. You will be supported by experienced project leaders and given clear opportunities for professional development and career progression within the consultancy.
