Our client is a leading global construction and project management consultancy with a strong track record delivering some of the world’s most complex and high-profile developments. With an established presence across Asia Pacific and a growing portfolio of mission-critical projects, they are at the forefront of supporting hyperscale and enterprise clients in the delivery of next-generation data centre infrastructure.  Having built a solid foundation in the data centre market, they are now entering a new phase of project expansion.

Due to continued project growth, they are seeking an experienced Planning Manager to join their Singapore team and play a key role in the delivery of a 50MW greenfield data centre development. This is a rare opportunity to contribute to one of Singapore’s landmark mission-critical projects while working within a globally respected consultancy environment.

As the Planning Manager, you will be responsible for leading all project planning, scheduling, and programme management activities across the full project lifecycle. Acting as the client’s representative, you will work closely with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders to develop, monitor, and optimise project schedules, ensuring key milestones are achieved and potential risks are proactively identified and mitigated.

The successful candidate will possess a proven track record delivering planning and programme management services on large-scale data centre, mission-critical, industrial, or major infrastructure projects. Experience working within a project management consultancy, client-side organisation, or major contractor environment will be highly regarded.

You will demonstrate strong expertise in project scheduling, programme development, critical path analysis, progress reporting, delay analysis, risk management, and project controls. Proficiency with planning software such as Primavera P6 is essential, while previous experience supporting hyperscale or colocation data centre developments will be highly advantageous.

This role requires a commercially aware and analytical project professional with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. You will be comfortable challenging project assumptions, identifying schedule risks, and providing strategic planning advice to support informed project decision-making in a fast-paced delivery environment.
