As part of this next chapter of growth, the company is seeking a Design Technical Services Director to be based in Dubai, supporting a growing pipeline of luxury lodge and resort developments across the Middle East.

In this pivotal role, you will lead design delivery, technical coordination, and quality assurance across a diverse portfolio of high-end hospitality projects. Working in close collaboration with the South Africa-based leadership team, designers, and regional consultants, you will ensure that every project faithfully translates the brand’s design intent — defined by authenticity, craftsmanship, and contextual sensitivity.

You will oversee technical design reviews, detailed drawings, and material specifications, guiding projects from concept through construction. A deep understanding of natural materials, spatial detailing, and the unique technical requirements of remote or nature-integrated builds will be essential.

The ideal candidate will have a background in architecture or interior design, with experience in luxury lodges, boutique resorts, or eco-conscious destination projects. You will bring both creative insight and technical precision, with the ability to bridge design vision and built reality.
