Our client, a global hospitality leader, is expanding rapidly across Asia with a diverse portfolio of economy to luxury hotels, resorts, and serviced residences. To support this ambitious growth, they are seeking a Director of Technical Services to lead project delivery across the Indian market.

Based in New Delhi, this senior role will oversee the technical execution of new developments, conversions, and refurbishments, ensuring that every asset reflects the brand’s vision while meeting commercial and local requirements. You’ll guide projects from design review through to completion, collaborating with owners, consultants, and internal teams to maintain quality, timelines, and cost efficiency.

The ideal candidate will come from an architecture or interior design background and have proven experience in hospitality development, preferably with a hotel operator or owner-operator. You’re comfortable managing multiple projects at once, making informed material and design decisions, and maintaining brand integrity through value-engineered solutions.
