Legal Counsel (Entertainment/ Technology)

Our client, a fast-growing Entertainment/Technology company with a global presence, is looking to expand their legal team with a Legal Counsel hire based in Singapore. Reporting to a Global Head of Legal, this counsel will be part of a global legal team that will be responsible in supporting business transactions in the region in the Asia Pacific region.
The ideal candidate is:-
– Commonwealth/ Singapore qualified lawyer
– 6 PQE to 13 PQE, trained and practiced with top law firms
– Strong experience in corporate M&A/ capital markets, IT /IP /Licensing, Data Protection and Privacy
– Adaptable, commercially-savvy, energetic
This will be an exciting role for a mid-level, seasoned lawyer to be part of the growth story within a dynamic organisation – working to facilitate transactions and partnerships with the biggest names in the Entertainment industry.
