Our client is a leading global construction and project management consultancy with a strong track record delivering some of the world’s most complex and high-profile developments. With an established presence across Asia Pacific and a growing portfolio of mission-critical projects, they are at the forefront of supporting hyperscale and enterprise clients in the delivery of next-generation data centre infrastructure.  Having built a solid foundation in the data centre market, they are now entering a new phase of project expansion.

Due to continued project growth, they are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join their Singapore team and play a key role in the delivery of a 50MW greenfield data centre development. This is a rare opportunity to contribute to one of Singapore’s landmark mission-critical projects while working within a globally respected consultancy environment.

As the Mechanical Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of the project’s mechanical scope, acting as the client’s representative throughout design, construction, commissioning, and handover. Working closely with consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders, you will ensure the successful execution of critical mechanical infrastructure, including cooling systems, chilled water networks, CRAH/CRAC units, ventilation systems, heat rejection equipment, and associated mission-critical plant.

The successful candidate will hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering and possess a strong track record delivering large-scale data centre, mission-critical, industrial, or infrastructure projects. Experience working within a consultancy, client-side environment, or leading complex mechanical packages for major contractors will be highly regarded.

You will demonstrate strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems, construction delivery, testing and commissioning, contractor management, and project controls. Previous experience delivering hyperscale or colocation data centres, or other highly complex MEP-intensive developments, will be advantageous.

This role requires a commercially minded and proactive project leader with excellent stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills. You will be comfortable navigating technical and delivery challenges, driving project outcomes, and operating effectively within a fast-paced project environment.
