Our client is one of Singapore’s leading creators of innovative lifestyle ventures and F&B concepts. Having experienced unprecedented growth and popularity within their brand portfolio, they are seeking a seasoned F&B Operations Director to look after a portfolio of their well-recognised concepts across Singapore.

As Portfolio Operations Director, you will be responsible for the overall performance and growth of a cluster of brands across their F&B concepts. You will have P&L responsibility for each brand across existing outlets, as well as developing new opportunities for further openings under each brand. You will have responsibility for driving revenue growth, recruitment of staff and training, as well as driving operational efficiencies and creating opportunities for value engineering. Alongside this, you will work closely with the strategic leadership of the organisation looking at development opportunities for future expansion within your existing portfolio, as well as venture creation of new concepts.

The successful candidate will have a background in F&B management and likely have a grounding in hospitality or F&B operations. You will have led F&B operations previously and be extremely familiar with the local Singapore market, regulations and operational requirements. You will have a passion for F&B and Fine Dining combined with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong business acumen.
