Job Title: Operations Manager
A boutique interior design and furniture company specializing in high-end, curated
collections and full-scale interior design services is seeking a dynamic Operations Manager.
The company offers a unique combination of in-house interior design and thoughtfully
curated furniture collections, catering to a luxury clientele.
Operations include a designer-curated showroom, a large ‘by appointment’ warehouse
space, and a new design studio launching soon to enhance client engagement and B2B
collaboration.
Operations Teams:
Warehouse, Administrative Support, Interior Design, and Sales—working together to deliver
exceptional products and services.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Manager to oversee daily operations, support
business development, and help scale the organization for long-term growth. The ideal
candidate will be a relationship-builder in the high-end market, adept at managing
inventory and purchasing, and capable of aligning internal teams with the company’s vision
and financial goals.
Operational & Team Management
• Manage day-to-day business operations with a focus on efficiency and productivity.
• Assist with recruitment, training plans, and talent retention.
• Oversee inventory and purchasing; develop models to maintain stock levels and
forecast project needs.
• Support and lead cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and performance driven
environment.
• Scale operations and develop strategies for long-term resilience and market growth.
Strategic Planning & Leadership
• Partner with senior leadership to execute business strategies.
• Provide performance reporting across sales, design, inventory, and operations.
• Implement scalable systems and processes for sustainable growth.
• Identify opportunities for business improvement and innovation.
Operations & HR Coordination
• Optimize business workflows and enhance client experience.
• Oversee compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Contribute to HR functions including hiring and training program development.
Skills & Qualifications
• Proven leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong financial acumen including budgeting and analysis.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Experience in operational efficiencies and team leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
