As they expand across Asia, Singapore has become a strategic priority — and they’re now seeking a driven B2B Sales & Business Development Manager to lead this growth.
In this role, you’ll report to both the Country Director for Singapore and the Regional Partnerships Director, taking ownership of developing the company’s managed footprint across key commercial areas. You’ll build strategic relationships with property owners, negotiate franchise and management agreements, and help deliver flexible workspace solutions that meet the demands of modern enterprises.
Ideal candidates will have a strong track record in B2B sales, ideally with exposure to real estate, franchise development, or workspace management. Whether you’ve worked in coworking, hospitality, retail expansion, or F&B, what matters most is your ability to proactively drive deals, manage a robust sales pipeline, and thrive in a fast-moving environment.
