Our client is a leading name in global hospitality. As one of the largest hotel operators in the world, they also have one of the most interesting brand suites and a formidable development pipeline, especially in France.

As such, they have a large portfolio of existing and new hotels within France and Southern Europe. With many of these hotels coming through the Design & Technical Services team for renovation, rebranding, upgrading, take-over or new developments, they are seeking a Portfolio Feasibility Manager to join their team to be able to lead Property Improvement Programmes and design reviews for all projects in the portfolio before being allocated to various teams for delivery. You will have responsibility for assessing each project for suitability, adherence to brand standards and guidelines, material selection and FF&E, and ensuring each design is both fit for purpose and ensure the maximum efficiency for operability, profitability and expenditure for delivery.

The successful candidate will be qualified in Interior Design, Architecture or Engineering, and have a deep knowledge and understanding of the hospitality markets for Economy to Mid-Scale hotels in France and Europe. You will be both design and commercially minded and have a very analytical capability to understand cost-benefit models for hotel designs and layouts. You will have strong MS Project, PowerPoint and Excel skills and be able to generate and present reports quickly and efficiently. You will be able to travel extensively for property site inspections and enjoy a fast-paced working environment.
