Our client is a leading Project Management Consultancy in the mission-critical construction sector, with a growing portfolio of data centre projects across Singapore. Known for their strong site delivery, technical capability and disciplined project execution, they have built a solid foundation in the data centre market and are now entering a new phase of project expansion. In line with this growth, they are seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented Project Manager to support the successful fit-out of a major data centre facility.

As such, they are looking for a Project Manager to take day-to-day responsibility for site operations, contractor coordination and project administration. In this high-impact role, you will support the Senior Project Manager by ensuring that site activities run efficiently, risks are identified early and all quality and compliance standards are met. You will manage contractor performance, drive progress on site and maintain accurate documentation and reporting to ensure alignment across the project team.

You will play a key role in maintaining a high-performance site environment and ensuring that all works are delivered safely, efficiently and to specification. A core part of the role will be overseeing QA and QC processes, managing site-level risks and chairing contractor meetings to keep delivery on track. With the project operating at pace, you will also ensure that administrative controls, site records and compliance requirements are consistently met.

The successful candidate will bring strong site management experience from a contractor background, with a good understanding of fit-out works, coordination and construction sequencing. You will have excellent attention to detail, clear communication skills and a practical, organised approach to managing both people and processes. Experience in data centre or other mission-critical environments will be an advantage.

A proactive mindset, the ability to manage multiple priorities and a commitment to high standards are essential. You will be expected to lead by example on site, inspire confidence and support a culture of safety, accountability and continuous improvement. Your ability to work effectively with contractors, internal teams and stakeholders will be key to your success.
