Our client is a leading Project Management Consultancy in the mission-critical construction sector, with a growing portfolio of data centre projects across Singapore. Known for their strong site delivery, technical capability and disciplined project execution, they have built a solid foundation in the data centre market and are now entering a new phase of project expansion. 

As such, they are looking for a Project Manager to take ownership of the delivery of data centre projects from inception through to completion. In this client-facing role, you will be responsible for managing consultants, contractors, and specialist vendors, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, and to exacting technical and quality standards. You will act as the client’s representative, driving coordination across all stakeholders and maintaining clear governance and reporting structures.

You will play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of MEP-intensive works, including power, cooling, resilience, and redundancy systems, often within live operational environments. A key aspect of the role will be managing programme, cost, risk, and change control while ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing operations. You will work closely with clients, design teams, and contractors to ensure that project outcomes align with operational requirements and business objectives.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in data centre, mission-critical, or highly serviced building projects, ideally gained within a project management consultancy or client-side environment. You will bring a strong understanding of MEP systems, commissioning processes, and authority requirements, along with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. A structured, proactive approach and strong attention to detail are essential.

A collaborative mindset, the ability to manage multiple workstreams, and confidence operating in technically complex environments are key to success in this role. You will be expected to build trusted relationships with clients and project teams, take ownership of challenges, and contribute positively to a high-performance project delivery culture.
