Responsibilities
Manage the reception desk and switchboard, serving as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and callers.
Answer, screen, and direct calls; welcome and assist colleagues and guests.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distribution, and courier arrangements.
Coordinate boardroom reservations, ensure meeting rooms are set up, and oversee general usage.
Provide administrative support such as photocopying, scanning, shredding, and related tasks.
Requirements
High school diploma with prior experience in a receptionist or similar administrative role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; professional and well-presented demeanor.
Strong organizational abilities, reliability, and consistent attendance record.
Proficiency with standard office software and equipment.
Friendly, team-oriented personality with a customer service mindset.
Availability for either full-time or reduced/part-time hours (ideally 8:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. for part-time).
