Our client, a global leader in speciality chemical distribution, is seeking a commercially astute Sales Manager to lead growth within their Construction & Coatings (C&C) division in Malaysia. This is a pivotal role at the frontlines of innovation and market development, combining strategic leadership with customer-centric execution.

The successful candidate will take ownership of a key portfolio, shaping the commercial agenda across the Malaysian market. This involves leading account strategies, driving revenue, and strengthening relationships with both existing and new customers. With full P&L responsibility for the segment, the Sales Manager will develop targeted plans to expand market share and unlock new revenue streams, while ensuring profitable, value-based selling.

In addition to customer engagement, the role carries significant responsibility for principal management. Acting as the key liaison with supplier partners, the Sales Manager will coordinate commercial strategies, facilitate product introductions, and represent Malaysia’s market needs in broader regional conversations. The ability to align internal stakeholders with principal expectations will be critical to long-term success.
