My client is looking for a Primary School SEN teacher to join them until the end of the Academic year. 

To be successful you need to: 
• Be an exceptional classroom practitioner, with knowledge and experience working with students with additional learning support needs.
• Have a strong commitment to raising standards, improving the quality of teaching, and learning for all students by staying current in best practices
• Have a passion for innovative strategies to engage students in “real-life” hands-on experiences and reflection through Project Based Learning and Experiential Learning.
• Be fully committed to developing effective independence for students beyond school.
• Support school leadership in operational and academic matters including comprehensive development of long term, medium term, and lesson plans to support the on-going development of a student-centered curriculum
• Have experience in data analysis and its use to successfully support school improvement and impactful change
• be responsive, highly approachable and can inspire colleagues, students, and their families
• have a full understanding of processes involving children in care, child protection and safeguarding and be committed to working in partnerships
???????• Qualifications in Special Education Needs or in SEMH highly preferred.
