Our client is a rapidly growing Private Equity Real Estate firm with a regional presence specialising in the Warehousing sector. Having grown rapidly over the last few years, they have a sizeable portfolio of assets in Japan, which requires active asset management as it grows.

As such, they are seeking a Senior Asset Management candidate with strong experience driving the fiscal performance of large portfolios across Japan. The portfolio will also double in size during the year with both directly managed and third-party managed assets in the portfolio.

The successful candidate will be qualified in Real Estate, Finance, or another related degree. You will have a demonstrable track record in the active portfolio performance management of large portfolios of assets in the industrial sector. You will be able to drive the financial performance of the assets, produce regular reports to management and investors, as well as liaise effectively between internal and external stakeholders including third-party operators, internal operating company leadership, and property management functions amongst other duties.
