Our client is one of the world’s largest and leading global Corporate Workplace focused Interior Design & Build firms. Having seen a strong increase in demand for their services in the India market, they are currently seeking to expand their technical engineering capability across the country.

As such, they are seeking Site MEP Engineers to lead the MEP construction component of large scale corporate fit-out projects across India. Reporting to the Country Engineering lead and working closely with the Project and Commercial teams, you will be responsible for delivering market-leading engineering solutions for major international corporations for their corporate office requirements. You will be able to work closely with the Site Management and construction delivery teams to ensure that the engineering component is being delivered on time and to specification. You will also lead the on-site testing and commission of systems ready for hand over to the client.

The successful candidate will be qualified in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or another related degree. You will have had prior experience delivering MEP design solutions within the commercial office construction environment. Knowledge of the latest equipment and trends in HVAC systems, Building Automation and ELV systems will be highly advantageous. Capability with Revit, BIM, AutoCAD and IFC Standards is highly advantageous. You will likely have spent time working with another major Interior Design & Build firm, Engineering Consultancy, or reputable large Interior Contracting firm. This role can be based in either Bangalore, Mumbai or Delhi.
